I brought my horse H in from the field and I could see he had hurt his near fore leg. The vet was called out and he had a nasty cut to his bulb of his hoof, he had a dressing put on and was instructed to go on box rest. After three weeks of dressing changes and many packets of NAF Minty Treats in his snack ball to keep him occupied in the stable, the final dressing came off. Although the leg had reduced in size, the wound was very exposed, so he had to remain on box rest for a while longer.
