Veterinary Director
After graduating from Bristol Vet School in 2006, my career allowed me to work in a number of leading equine clinics in the UK, Dubai and New Zealand. Since 2012, I have worked in private first opinion practice in the UK. Whilst retaining some part time work as a vet in clinical practice, I joined NAF in 2021 as Veterinary Director. My time in practice has allowed me to see first-hand the role that nutrition and supplementation plays in maintaining equine health.
My role at NAF is to oversee product development. This starts with interpretation of the latest scientific research, looking at how this can be incorporated into products that will benefit horses, organising trials during the development phase of products and seeing them right through to market. I have a particular interest in the management of breeding stock and am a part owner of two thoroughbred mares. I’m also part of the Goffs UK veterinary team that is responsible for the veterinary care of horses during their sales auctions.
My riding days are over but I enjoy watching my children learn to ride and helping them look after the family pony at home.
